Pumpkin Sage Biscuits

Nope, these are not the sweet biscuits most Europeans will probably think of. Those would be gross with pumpkin and sage. These are American Pumpkin Sage Biscuits, a savoury kind of buns you can have with dinner. But I also love them with a bit of butter and salt for lunch.

Have you ever had biscuits with dinner? I did when we were in the United States a few years back and I can tell you they’re delicious! I’ve had several different ones, but never one with pumpkin and sage. So I made them myself, they’re vegan so extra enjoyable!

These biscuits are best when they’re fresh out of the oven, but if you warm them up a bit before serving you can also make them in advance.
