A lot of questions are answered here and reading them here is faster than waiting for me to reply to your email.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay in the webshop via these payment methods:
– SOFORT Banking
Unfortunately it’s not possible to pay *after* you’ve received your order.
Can you reserve a product for me?
Unfortunately not. If you want to be sure you’ll be able to order an item please don’t wait too long. I only have limited stock of most items.
Can I order just 1 bookmark?
The minimum order amount is €3,-, this is still very very low but with 1 bookmark I pay more in packaging material than I make.
If an item is sold out, will it come back?
Most of the products in the shop will not come back when they’re sold out.
There’s no need to email me about products. If it’s not in the shop it’s really sold out.
Didn’t get an order conformation
Please check your spam folder first. If it’s not there please check if the payment did go through with your bank or PayPal account.
Did everything go right and did you still not receive anything? Please send me an email with your full name and address, so I can check it for you.
Why is my order not shipped yet?
All orders will be shipped in 3 to 5 workdays.
I’m just a one-woman business so I can’t do same-day shipping, but I will always ship your order in 5 workdays at the latest. Unless stated otherwise like pre-order products.
Can you deliver the order on a specific date?
If you want your order to be delivered on a special date, please contact me before placing your order. I can never guarantee it, but I can always try!
Can I/you track my package?
No, I ship all orders by regular, untracked mail.
Tracked orders would cost €7,- in the Netherlands and €13,- to €22,- international. That’s a LOT of shipping costs for bookmarks.
My order hasn’t arrived yet
1. Please check if the address in your order conformation email is correct. If you entered the wrong address there’s nothing I can do for you unfortunately.
2. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery in the Netherlands, up to 4 weeks in Europe and up to 2 months international.
I’m very sorry it’s taking this long, but post is taking a lot longer these days, especially in the busiest months of the year.
Can I return my order?

Can I get a discount code?
No, I’m sorry but to keep my prices as low as possible all year round I’m not able to give discounts.
Can I get free products if I promote them online?
Thank you for wanting to promote Oktoberdots, but I’m not currently looking for representatives.
Are you looking for reps?
No, I’m currently not looking for any reps or partners.
